LETTER : ASSESSMENT FORMS ARE UNNECCESSARY

ASSESSMENT forms for people to fill in on their boss ("It's OK, you can tell your boss he's incompetent", 7 May)? Whatever next? When I don't like something my boss has done I tell my union. If he keeps on doing it then I speak to my workmates and we organise industrial action. I find this a remarkably effective way of informing bosses of all kinds.
