Letter:Who's vulgar now?

From Dr N. J. Cooling Sir: Lord Charteris thinks the Duchess of York is vulgar. Many people think it is the height of vulgarity for a superannuated courtier to criticise a lady who is not in a position to defend herself. The views of a practised vulgarian, such as Lord Charteris, are of no consequence in our modern society, and they should be met with the indifference and contempt they richly deserve.
