The royal couple shared a message on their official Instagram account highlighting their support for LGBT+ individuals and organisations.
"Continuing with our tradition to rotate the accounts we follow based on causes and social issues that matter to us: For the month of June we 'proudly' shine a light on PRIDE," it read. "This month we pay tribute to the accounts supporting the LGBT+ community – those young and old, their families and friends, accounts that reflect on the past and are hopeful for a deservedly more inclusive future."
The royals added that they "stand with" and "support" the LGBT+ community, before stating: "Because it's very simple: love is love."
The caption was accompanied by a collage of the accounts Prince Harry and Meghan are now following on the social media platform, in addition to a piece of artwork of late transgender woman Muhlaysia Booker by artist Ruben Guadalupe Marquez.
Matthew Shepard Foundation shared a message of gratitude on its Instagram story, writing: "Thank you @sussexroyal for including us with so many inspiring organisations!"
The Trevor Project commented underneath the post, stating: "Thank you so much for supporting our lifesaving work."
