An exhibition inspired by heavy metal music will be on display in the Midlands next week.
A celebration of the music genre, Home of Metal is a large-scale project taking over the Midlands to bring fans together to share their passion.
Seeking to establish the Midlands as the global home of heavy metal music, the festival explores the genre through exhibitions, films screenings and live events.
A highlight of the festival, former Turner Prize nominee Mark Titchner will present a major solo exhibition of his most iconic work.
Working with a variety of mediums, Titchner combines new technologies with traditional craft techniques to make bold statements.
His 'Be True To Your Oblivion' exhibition at The New Art Gallery Walsall will feature newly commissioned work alongside highlights of his earlier work.
