Star Wars 8: The Last Jedi trailer is arriving this week
Tickets for the December release will go on sale immediately after it goes live
Lucasfilm has confirmed when the new trailer for Star Wars: The Last Jedi will arrive .
Fans can expect a fresh look at the upcoming eighth installment of the space saga in “the early hours” of Tuesday morning (UK time).
Tickets for the film will go on release immediately after the trailer that will show Finn (John Boyega), Rey (Daisy Ridley) and Luke Skywalker (Mark Hamill).
The trailer will debut in the US during halftime on ESPN's Monday Night Football on 9 October.

Show all 10Directed by Rian Johnson, the film follows on from events depicted in JJ Abrams'' hugely-successful The Force Awakens which was released in December 2015.
Alongside the aforementioned trio, the ensemble cast includes Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Gwendoline Christie, Kelly Marie Tran, Laura Dern, Benicio Del Toro and the late Carrie Fisher who will reprise her role of General Leia Organa one final time.
The teaser trailer - which you can watch below - was released in April.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi opens in UK cinemas on 14 December 2017.
