Sylvester Stallone may be starring in The Purge 5.
The Rocky star has recently attended a meeting with Jason Blum of Blumhouse Productions, and James Demonaco, who wrote the four previous films in The Purge franchise.
Jason Blum tweeted, “The meeting went great with Sly”, before adding: “He did punch me because we were late.”
This has led to widespread speculation Stallone is set to appear in The Purge 5 , while none of the parties present at the meeting have yet dismissed the rumours.
The Golden Globe winner’s acting credits include Creed , Rambo , Antz , and Escape Plan . He has also directed films, such as Paradise Alley and The Expendables .
Blumhouse Productions are predominantly known for their low-budget horror films; they produced the Para normal Activity franchise, as well as Get Out , Insidious , and Happy Death Day .
