Thor: Ragnarok: The Incredible Hulk confirmed to feature in the Marvel film alongside Loki and Sif
Mark Ruffalo in final negotiations to star as the Green Guy
Rumours surrounding the Incredible Hulk appearing alongside Thor in his upcoming film have been flying all over the internet over the last few days.
Initially, movie website JoBlo reported the team-up, but now confirmation has come from Variety that this is indeed true.
Their report details how Mark Ruffalo is in the final stage of negotiations to appear as the Hulk in Thor: Ragnarok, marking the first time since his solo film - minus a small cameo - that the Green Guy would have appeared outside an Avengers film.
In what capacity he will be appearing is unknown although, it was reported when the initial rumour leaked, the story would involve a “distant planet" that is "not Asgard and not Earth”.

Thor: Ragnarok, the third film in the series, will reportedly be directed by Taiki Waititi and is due to reach cinemas 27 October 2017.
