Ted Danson, quite possibly America's greatest TV actor, steals every scene as the lascivious publisher George Christopher in this delightful HBO comedy.
Jason Schwartzman, in his best role since Rushmore, plays Jonathan, a struggling author, hopeless romantic and unlicensed private eye who haplessly investigates cases (usually involving infidelity) around New York City. Watch out for a terrific turn from Kristen Wiig (Bridesmaids) as sozzled Jennifer who wrecks Ray's (Zach Galifianakis's) crucial comic-book meeting with Kevin Bacon. A hoot.
