Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom charts the life of Nelson Mandela, from his childhood in a rural village through to his inauguration as the first democratically elected President of South Africa, including the time he spent in prison.
The film is based on Mandela's biopic of the same name and stars Idris Elba as the former South African president and Naomie Harris as his second wife.
Mandela spent over 27 years in prison during which time he was occasionally allowed to see his family, his children were not allowed to visit him until they were 16 years old.
This clip from Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom features Mandela, played by Idris Elba and his wife Winnie (), who is visiting him for the first time since his incarceration.
In this scene, a prison guard tell the pair that they must speak in English and are not allowed to discuss political matters.
Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom is out in cinemas this week
