Frank Sinatra: New footage shows live performance of 'At Long Last Love' during All God's Children tour

An afternoon treat for Sinatra fans everywhere: newly-released live footage of the iconic entertainer performing 'At Long Last Love' by Cole Porter during his 1962 'All God's Children' world tour.

Premiering exclusively on The Independent, the video is part of a collection of Sinatra performances featured on an upcoming box set of his tours around the world: The World On A String.

Charles Pignone, producer and SVP of Frank Sinatra enterprises, told The Independent:

"The 1962 international tour was special for various reasons, mainly, for the money Frank Sinatra raised (over $1 million dollars) for children's charities in each country he performed in.

"Sinatra paid all the expenses so 100% of the proceeds would go directly to the children.

"It is also special because it is one of the rare occasions where Sinatra performed with just the 'sextet' and not a large orchestra or band."

The World On A String collection features four CDs with over 90 performances by Sinatra in eight different countries - a "treasure trove" of live and unreleased audio/video recordings spanning four decades.

It includes classics such as 'I've Got You Under My Skin', 'Moonlight In Vermont' and 'The Lady Is A Tramp', and shows Sinatra backed by his fantastic band, using arrangements by Don Costa, Quincy Jones, Gordon Jenkins and Nelson Riddle.
