Chris Brown has been released from French custody without being charged after rape allegations were made against the 29-year-old singer, according to French prosecutors.

Brown was released alongside two other individuals on Tuesday evening in Paris, after a woman had come forward with a rape complaint, according to city officials.

The model said that she met Brown last week at a night club on the Champs Elysee, and that they were introduced through a friend.

She later told French Closer magazine that she felt “very afraid” when she was allegedly raped in a hotel room Brown took her back to.
