On February 11, experimental rock band Yeasayer is getting the most buzz in the blogosphere, according to The Hype Machine. British bands Hot Chip and Massive Attack also hold top spots, following recent album releases.

Swedish indie pop band The Radio Dept. is on the most-blogged list after an mp3 of the single "Heaven's on Fire" (available for purchase March 24) was posted on the Labrador Records website. The track includes that song - which Eardrums (eardrumsmusic.com) calls "a funky, upbeat pop-track with musical references to 60s soul" - plus a cover of Sade's "All About Our Love." The single is off the band's forthcoming album Clinging to a Scheme, due out in April.

The Golden Filter is also in the blogs after releasing its single "Hide Me" as a free download on its website. The New York electronic duo - which gets inspiration from groups including Saint Etienne and Pink Floyd - is due to release its debut album Voluspa in April. The Mix Tape (www.themixtape.co.uk) calls the upcoming album "a masterclass in the techniques of subtle disco-tribalism and effortlessly self-assured storytelling."
