Rihanna’s home in Los Angeles was broken into by a suspected stalker who reportedly spent 12 hours inside, according to US prosecutors.
The alleged intruder - Eduardo Leon - “told cops he was there to have sex” with Rihanna, reports TMZ.
Leon has been accused of jumping a fence and entering the R&B singer’s home in the Hollywood Hills.
The 27-year-old suspect from Fullerton, California was allegedly discovered by Rihanna’s assistant after spending 12 hours inside the singer’s home.
He had reportedly “disabled her alarm system” to get inside.
Leon was arrested the next day and charged with stalking, first-degree residential burglary, vandalism and resisting arrest.
At the time of the alleged incident on May 9, Rihanna was not at her residence.
Leon is set to appear at the Foltz Criminal Justice Centre on Monday.
