If you can't make it to New York City this weekend, grab a beer, your cat and imaginary friends and check out this year's Governors Ball from the comfort of your own home.

While folks might be missing the festivities in real life, — excessive crowds, aggressively drunk folks, and muddy festival grounds — they can catch all the best performances via the LiveNation stream below. The feed will be available June 3 through June 5 from 4pm to 9pm ET.

Celebrating its sixth year, the festival features a stacked lineup including Kanye West, The Strokes, The Killers, Beck, Robyn, CHVRCHES, Vince Staples and many others. Festival co-founder Jordan Wolowitz recently told amNewYork how the organizers manage to keep top talent coming back year after year while keeping things fresh for concertgoers.

“Kanye West has his first album out in three years. This is going to be his first live performance of it anywhere except Indonesia. He’s one of the biggest and most important artists in the world," Wolowitz said.

“For him to be debuting his new production and his new show at Governors Ball is a pretty big deal," he added. "The Killers haven’t played New York City in three years, so them coming back will be awesome. If you look at festivals like Coachella, Lollapalooza, or any music festival that’s been around a while, the same really awesome acts will come back every few years.”

This week the New York Police Department was said to have shut down all the hip-hop shows scheduled in the festival’s After Dark series. News comes one week after a fatal shooting took place at a TI concert in Irving Plaza.

Also check back for more coverage from The Independent including interviews, reviews and recaps from three-day festival on Randall's Island in New York City.
