This year's batch of I'm A Celebrity contestants (ITV)

Welcome to the hotly-anticipated I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! launch night.

The celebrities are preparing to enter the jungle and rumour has it TOWIE's Gemma Collins is set to be the next Helen Flanagan in the mascara-running drama queen stakes.

Tonight's show promises a meet and greet with the latest batch of 'celebrities' (yes, we had to look a fair number of them up too...) before one unfortunate group head to the hellish Celebrity Slammer for their first night of 'bonding'.

Expect Hugh Hefner's ex Kendra Wilkinson teaching, er, BBC correspondent Michael Buerk to twerk, skydiving and of course, the first Bushtucker Trial of the new series.

We're here with live updates so stay tuned for all the excitement from down under.

So that's it for tonight, but with quite the range of characters in the jungle this year, there are sure to be many more entertaining moments. See you next time...
