The Graham Norton Show will return tonight (10 April) in a new adapted form featuring interviews from celebrities’ living rooms.

Norton will do what many hosts in the US are doing by providing entertainment to those in lockdown due to coronavirus despite being in quarantine.

While the studio where the show is usually filmed will remain empty, Norton is still welcoming guests from all over the world.

So, who will appear? Michael Buble will be interviewed from the basement of his home in Vancouver while Michael Sheen – who plays Chris Tarrant in new ITV series Quiz – will appear from his home in Wales.

Quiz, also starring Matthew Macfadyen and Sian Clifford, tells the story of the coughing scandal, which hit Who Wants to be a Millionaire? in 2001.

Martin Freeman and Daisy Haggard, who star in new sitcom Breeders, will also feature from their respective homes, while singer Celeste has turned her bedroom into a “glamorous venue” for a performance of her new singe “Strange”

Speaking about the adapted format, Norton said: “We can’t wait to be back on Friday nights bringing a little bit of lightness during this strange time.”

The popular “Big Red Chair” segment will also make a return, with Norton listening to viewers’ stories from home.

The Graham Norton Show will be broadcast on BBC One tonight (10 April) at 9pm.
