The Oval Office: Trump parody of US sitcom

If anyone's in need of an analogy for a chaotic workplace run by an incompetent, imbecile head right now - there's always the US version of The Office.

Brandon Smith provided the world with some much needed light relief by posting a video which re-imagined the opening credits of The Office, now including Donald Trump and his cabinet; with Trump himself slotting nicely into Steve Carell's role as the loud, buffoonish Michael Scott.

The video, rather tragically, works because of just how easy it is to track down embarrassing footage of Trump and his associates; from the already famous footage of Trump being terrified by a bald eagle, to Mike Pence (for some reason) holding a sign that says 'No Whining'.

House Speaker Paul Ryan, Transport Secretary Elaine Chao, and Jeff Sessions are also included in the short video packed to the brim with awkward exchanges, witless glances, and bar graphs; with a few shots of Washington D.C. to ensure everything is relocated from Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Saturday Night Live has announced Alec Baldwin, their resident Donald Trump impersonator, will be hosting the show on 11 February; which presumably will mean an entire episode dedicated to making fun of, and consequently enraging, Trump.
