Win tickets to a special preview screening of HACKSAW RIDGE and a Q&A with Andrew Garfield

Wednesday 18 January, 7.15pm, Picturehouse Central, Piccadilly

Thursday 12 January 2017 16:45 GMT

Nominated for five BAFTA awards including BEST LEADING ACTOR Andrew Garfield and three Golden Globes including BEST MOTION PICTURE – DRAMA and BEST DIRECTOR Mel Gibson, HACKSAW RIDGE is the extraordinary true story of Desmond Doss. This film is set on Okinawa during the bloodiest battle of WWII, in which Doss saved 75 men without firing or carrying a gun. He was the only American soldier in WWII to fight on the front line without a weapon as he believed that whilst war was justified, killing was wrong.

We’ve teamed up with Lionsgate to offer readers the chance to attend a special preview screening with an intro and Q&A with Andrew Garfield. We have 10 pairs of tickets to give away.

Terms & Conditions: Winners and their guests must be 18+. Promotion closes at 11:59 on Monday 16 January 2017. There are 10 pairs of tickets to be won. The winners will be the first 10 entries selected at random after the closing date and will be contacted by phone on the afternoon of Monday 16 January 2017. Winners and their guests should arrive at the cinema for 6.30pm for a 7.15pm start. Given the proximity of the event to the closing date, if we are unable to contact you successfully by 10.00 on Tuesday 17 January we will have no option but to award the prize to another entrant. Andrew Garfield’s appearance is subject to scheduling. The tickets are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. One online entry per person.
