Britney Spears has revealed how she maintains her incredible physique - and it involves two hours of exercise a day.
According to the Toxic singer, travelling from hotel room to hotel room while on her Piece of Me tour can make her go a little stir-crazy - so she’s started doing two hours of yoga each day.
Spears wrote on social media: “Travelling from hotel to hotel can make you a little stir-crazy, so I decided to start doing two hours of yoga in each room!
“The bare floors gave me a pretty solid grip on the ground without a mat.”
Apparently hotel rooms offer the perfect replacement for a yoga studio, as Spears told her more than 20 million Instagram followers: “I was very sore the next day, but at least I got to use my time wisely.”
In response to the montage of her impressive yoga moves, fans of the singer praised her for her dedication.
“This is so inspirational,” one person wrote.
Another said: “Omg even 90 minutes of yoga I’m like ‘wow when will this end?’ How do you do two hours?!”
Others asked the pop star when she would be releasing a workout video.
Spears has previously shown off her workout routines on social media, which occasionally incorporate her boyfriend Sam Asghari, as well as jump lunges, leg raises, kettlebell lifts, and push ups.
