A gang of fashion designers have created the world’s most fashionable My Little Ponies –and potentially the most expensive ones too.

Emilio Pucci, Rick Owen, Roberto Cavalli, Kenzo, Balmain, Versace and Fendi have all created their very own version of the iconic toy, channelling, of course, the trademarks of their brands – and all for a good cause.

The luxe, fashion-forward version of the ponies are being auctioned at the online Italian store LuisaViaRoma, who are raising funds for Save the Children and Nepal Earthquake, in conjunction with their own charity Make Kids Happy.

Fans are already splashing the cash, bidding on eBay for the one-off creations, with prices going up to €950 (approx. £682).

The designer ponies sport colourful prints, shimmering sequins, leather and animals prints.

Emilio Pucci has accessorised the Pony with a scarf in one of the label’s trademark prints, Cavalli combined a zebra-inspired print with a bright purple tail, Oliver Rousteing styled the hallmarks of Balmain: leather and mesh, and Donatella covered the Versace pony in the print from the autumn/winter 2015 collection. Rick Owen opted to paint his all in black, and Kenzo’s toy sports a poppy red hoodie with the trademark tiger graphic on it.
