MAC will donate all profits of its Mexico-themed collaboration with high-fashion designers Rodarte to a "newly created initiative to raise awareness and provide on-the-ground support to the women and girls in Juarez." The Frisky blog had called out two of the polish names, Juarez and Factory, to be "tasteless:" "Juarez is an impoverished Mexican factory town notorious for the number of women between the ages of 12 and 22 who have been raped and murdered with little or no response from police." Actor Gerard Butler is to represent L'Oréal's new Men's Expert line, which will include anti-aging creams, gels, and lotions. ( WWD)

Following the success of her first fragrance, Heat, singer Beyoncé will release the spicier flanker, Beyoncé Heat Ultimate Elixir, in September. ( StyleList)

In other nail polish news, O.P.I. will launch a range inspired by TV show Gossip Girl, with product names including Spotted or Scandals, Secrets and Sparkles, and Nailtini has collaborated with the stylist of TV show Mad Men, Janie Bryant, for a collection that draws on textiles used in the 1960s, such as velvet, satin, or lamé.
