We sampled some of its mouthwatering dishes

Above and Beyond Fine Tea Time Hong Kong

Hotel ICON’s Above and Beyond is one of Hong Kong’s most celebrated Cantonese restaurants.

Fans of the classy establishment say that its breathtaking cuisine matches its sweeping views of the city.

With stunning views of the Hong Kong skyline, Above and Beyond offers some of the city’s most lauded Cantonese cuisine from its executive chef Paul Tsui. His signature dishes include: Crispy chicken, Wok-fried lobster with egg white and black truffles, Wok-fried diced whole abalone with lily bulbs and Asparagus in XO Sauce, Wok-fried prawns with tangerine peel and Fermented black beans.
