London is getting a Twin Peaks diner serving cherry pie and damn good coffee

A surreal, Lynchian environment is being created at a secret London location

If you've always craved to understand the simple joy Special Agent Dale Cooper takes in a slice of Twin Peaks cherry pie and a cup of damn good coffee, then get down to central London in August.

The Owls Are Not What They Seem is an 'immersive dining experience' inspired by the show (and tying in with its upcoming return) and full of Lynchian surrealism.

Guests will be treated to a three-course meal, which will include a twist on a damn fine cup of coffee alongside a slice of cherry pie.

According to its organisers, guests can "can truly explore the world of the characters, installations and sets created.

"All will end in a late night drinking den for more theatre, secret missions and bespoke cocktails."

Guests are encouraged to dress in small town chic, taking inspiration from Cooper's suits, Shelley's waitress uniform and the Log Lady, with prizes being given out to the best dressed.

Tickets for The Owls Are Not What They Seem will be released on 17 July at Midday and cost £65. Preview tickets will be available for £50 for 27, 28, 29 August. Tickets to the themed bar only are £5.
