Breakfast is an important meal: not only is it essential to start the day with the right 'fuel' so you can stay focused and awake at school and at work, but sitting down to eat is also a great way for a family to spend time together.

Despite this, more than half of Britain still doesn't have time for breakfast.

As a result, Paddington Bear will be embarking on a tour of the UK to show how things like orange marmalade can be enjoyed on hot toast by the whole family as a quick, tasty breakfast recipe.

He will also be present at the Marmalade Awards being held at Dalemain Mansion and Gardens in Cumbria between 12-13 February. A festival jam-packed with marmalade demonstrations, workshops and events, it's the most delicious event in the preserve-maker's calendar - and there are prizes, too, for the best home- and professionally-made marmalades.

For details of the festival and how to enter homemade marmalade, visit www.marmaladeawards.co.uk

To win a trip to the Marmalade Festival in Cumbria on the 12th and 13th February, including a stay in a hotel and tickets to the festival just answer the following question:
