A health organisation that successfully pushed for a Los Angeles County law mandating condom use in the adult film industry is now taking aim at Florida.
Officials with Aids Healthcare Foundation (AHF) filed a sanitary nuisance complaint last month over a porn film apparently made in Florida without the use of condoms. AHF president Michael Weinstein said the group did not want adult film actors exposed to health risks in states outside California.
