Most young British men would like to have a larger penis, and they are more likely to be paranoid over size than Americans and Germans of the same age, research has revealed.

A survey by YouGov showed that men under 30 were the most likely to be concerned, even though previous surveys have shown that the vast majority of women are satisfied with their partner’s size.

In Britain, being unhappy with your penis size is now the default situation for young men.

However, in both Germany and the US, young men tend to say their manhood is the right size.

The research also revealed that British women are more likely to want cosmetic surgery than their German and American counterparts.

But when asked what they thought of their breasts, the majority said they were “about the right size”, with more women saying they would like them to be smaller than larger.

If money was no object, younger people were slightly more likely to consider it.

YouGov questioned 1,738 British adults in September for its report.
