Four time Olympic medal winner Rebecca Adlington has shared her tips for keeping fit during pregnancy.
The world champion swimmer says she exercises for around 30 minutes every day, as well as continuing to swim twice a week.
Here, she shares her favourite exercises, whether you’re at home, in the gym, or in the garden.
“It’s really important to keep exercising throughout your pregnancy”, she says. “It’ll help with your changing shape, adapting to the weight gain, but also it’ll help you bounce back into shape once the baby is here as well”.
Adlington, whose due date is at the beginning of June, has commented previously about her plans to return to work within a couple of months of the birth.
