The Independent has two annual Nuffield memberships - each worth up to £997 - to give away.

This pass will allow you to experience one of Nuffield Health's 50 centres for two days for free, including access to all of the facilities, and the chance to indulge in a variety of classes, from spinning to pilates.

Annual membership terms and conditions: The prize is an annual membership for a person to a Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Centre of their choice. Value quoted based on City Fitness & Wellbeing Centre's 12-month pre-paid Connections membership. There are two annual membership prizes to be won. Two winners will be drawn at random from all entries received by 23:59 on 23 February 2011. Winners will be notified by telephone on Thursday 24 February 2011. Image shown is for illustrative purposes, facilities vary by centre. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative available. Entrants must be 18 or over. When you respond, the Independent may use your information to contact you with offers/services of interest. Day pass terms and conditions: Treatments, health MOTs, physiotherapist, session with senior wellbeing advisor and paid-for classes are not included with the free pass. Pass holders must call their local centre to book an appointment before visiting. Failure to book an appointment in advance may result in refused entry. Pass holders must bring voucher and photo identification to their appointment. Entitles one person to use a centre for two consecutive days. Pass expires 28 February 2011. Facilities vary by centre. No cash alternative available. Open to UK residents only excluding Northern Ireland. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
