1892: Lizzie Finn is a celebrated dancer.

Charmed by a soldier returning from the war, Lizzie becomes entangled in an intense and passionate affair. Witty dialogue and original music weave together this extraordinary story of sexuality and sacrifice in a UK premiere by one of Ireland's most acclaimed playwrights.

Critics' Circle Winner Blanche McIntyre directs Sebastian Barry's witty, tender play about how we survive, how we love, and who we think we are.

The Independent has 20 pairs of tickets to give away to the play, which is on at the Southwark Playhouse in London. The tickets are valid for performances between 29 June and 11 July.

To enter the competition, all you need to do is follow The Independent's competitions and offers on Twitter. Winners will be selected at random from all of our followers at midday on 28 June. The Independent's usual terms and conditions apply.
