With just under a month to go until Christmas, Lego is still popular in Germany, games are big in the UK and Barbie pushes the Syma 3 remote control helicopter off the top of the bestsellers list in the USA.

Barbie's dream townhouse is the best-selling toy on amazon.com this week, taking the top spot from the Syma 3 remote controlled helicopter, which had been in the top three for the past four weeks. The dream townhouse features an elevator with lights and sound, a fireplace, a pop-up flat screen TV, a luxurious bathroom and an outdoor hot tub - all of course are in pink.

Amazon.co.uk - BrainBox All Around the World Educational Card Game (£5.49/ €6.43 reduced from £10.00/€11.71)

A memory game for two players, BrainBox involves one player studying a picture card before being quizzed on it by the other player. If the first player answers the questions correctly then that player keeps the card, the objective of the game being to win as many cards as possible.
