Save on Fright Night thrills with friends at Thorpe Park

For more scary Halloween thrills you could head to Thorpe Park's Fright Nights – and by booking ahead you could save a tenner. Visitors will be offered attractions based on some of the world's most iconic horror films with the chance to ride rollercoasters in the dark. To get the £10 discount, you need to book a group of four to nine people before Monday 21 October. Christmas comes early to Asda's toy department...

Looking further ahead to Christmas, Asda's toy sale started this week, with up to half-price reductions on around 100 children's favourites. For instance the Peppa Pig Jumbo Play Set has been cut from £40 to £20, while a wooden kitchen for little chefs has been cut from £70 to £35. There are also reductions on Lego, with the Lego City High Speed Chase down from £18 to £12. The deals are available in store and online at asda.com
