Fancy getting fit at an al fresco yoga class this summer? For the next two Fridays in London's Covent Garden fitness studio Yotopia is offering outdoor Rocket Yoga classes, and asks attendees to simply pay what they can afford.

The Rocket is a style of yoga developed by a San Francisco studio. It breaks down some of the rules of traditional Ashtanga and hopes, in the process, to make yoga more accessible. Classes will be held on Friday 2 and 9 August at 5.15pm-6.30pm in St Martin's Courtyard. There's no booking required and some mats will be provided, but you should bring your own to avoid disappointment. For more info go to yotopia.co.uk

Cut down on food and drink expense before you take off

The airports are Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bournemouth, East Midlands, Gatwick, Glasgow, Heathrow, Liverpool, Luton, Manchester and Stansted.
