Golden Wonder bags buyout go-ahead
The Department of Trade and Industry has decided not to refer to the MMC the pounds 54.6m proposed management buyout of food group Dalgety's Golden Wonder bagged snacks division, announced last October. In the year to June 1995, Golden Wonder sales were pounds 150.7m and pre-tax profits were pounds 9.1m.
