Charges laid over Disney's Marvel deal

The boyfriend of a former Walt Disney intern faces insider dealing charges after the US Securities and Exchange Commission accused him of using price-sensitive information to profit from Disney's takeover of the comic book company Marvel in 2009.

Toby Scammell is accused of learning of Disney's plan to bid for Marvel after overhearing the conversations of his girlfriend, an intern at the time.
