Coke bottler's move approved

UK authorities have approved a voluntary share exchange that will allow the Greek Coke bottler Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH) to move from Greece to Switzerland and list in London.

CCH said last year it would move its base from Greece to Switzerland and switch its premier listing from Athens to London. The company bottles Coke and other drinks in 28 countries. About 95 per cent of its activities are outside Greece.
