Finsbury hopes Heston will boost sales
Finsbury Food is hoping Heston Blumenthal's Earl Grey and Mandarin Hot Cross Buns and Peppa Pig cakes will help it to continue its strong sales growth this Easter.
The food group posted a rise in pre-tax profits of £300,000 to £2.2m for the half year to the end of December 2011 with group revenue breaking the £100m barrier, up 16 per cent to £102m.
Despite huge price increases in raw materials the cakes to bread group kept margins steady.
