Fresh losses for City Link

Rentokil Initial has admitted that its troubled delivery division, City Link, will not return to profit this year.

City Link has made losses for the past four years. Yesterday it blamed the Olympics for hitting demand. But growth in Asia helped Rentokil to post a 26 per cent rise in pre-tax profit to £82.9m for the nine months to October.
