Loyalty shown to supermarkets and banks
Customers are most loyal to banks and building societies, supermarkets and mobile phone companies, according to the latest Ipsos Mori and the Logic Group poll.
It found customers are promiscuous when it comes to travel, transport, car hire, air travel, hotels, electrical product purchases and gym membership.
The research into 2,000 adults in the UK found women are more loyal than men, and people in lower socio-economic groups are more likely to be loyal to supermarkets.
