Williams in countdown to Frankfurt listing

Williams, the Formula One racing team, is due to complete its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

The flotation is expected to raise the team close to €80m and team principal Sir Frank Williams, left centre, will retain majority control. Sir Frank is expected to appoint two non-executive directors this year, and is considering potential candidates. Williams will be the third new listing in Frankfurt in 2011.
