The cause of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death has been determined - but the results will not be publicly revealed.

The late daughter of singer Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in a bath tub in January at the home she shared with her boyfriend Nick Gordon in Atlanta. She never regained consciousness and died at the Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth, Georgia in July.

In a statement, the Fulton county medical examiner, who undertook the post-mortem, said the results would not be released due to a court order.

"The Fulton County Medical Examiner has classified the cause and manner of Bobbi Kristina Brown's death," the office said in a statement.

"However, a Fulton County Superior Court Order dated September 25, 2015 has been received sealing the Autopsy Report and ordering the Medical Examiner to not release any further information to the public."

The Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office said previously that the long time between her being found unresponsive and her death would "complicate" the post-mortem.

Brown was buried in August at the Fairview cemetery in Westfield, New Jersey, next to her mother, who died in 2012 after drowning in a bath.
