Boris Johnson has said that parents are responsible if children join Isis in the Middle East.
Talking on LBC Radio yesterday, Johnson said "The primary duty is going to be with the families of kids who might be vulnerable to this sort of nonsense to spot it."
Johnson argued yesterday that parents need to take a firmer hand with at-risk children. "If your kids are going online and reading a load of nonsense about how you can have a load of fun being radicalised and going out to Syria then you need to sort that out as a parent I think," he said.
