Justin Bieber throws a tantrum mid performance on the Today show
The singer felt there was 'no point dancing' if cameras don't follow him around on stage
After bursting into tears at the MTV Video Music Awards, Justin Bieber lost his composure live on air once again during a performance in New York.
The now platinum blonde singer has been at pains to demonstrate a self-deprecating side in recent months, appearing on Comedy Roast and laughing along at jokes such as, “Justin, you have such a huge career behind you” like a good sport.
But once a child star, always a child star it would seem after the 21-year-old threw a strop during a live broadcast of "What Do Yo Mean?" on the Today Show. Bieber was apparently upset that the cameras were not following him as he moved around the stage at the Rockefeller Plaza.
“The camera's there the whole time, I might as well not even dance,” he moaned. “What do I even do this for if they are just going to [...]." The camera then cut out to a commercial break.
Bieber recovered his composure shortly after and shared numerous videos from his performance, even managing to thank the Today Show in a tweet.
