Michael Jackson’s daughter Paris Jackson has defended her father after what was said to be a police report claimed the singer kept picture books, magazines and videos depicting naked children, pornography and animal torture at his Neverland Ranch.

Documentation of evidence reportedly collected by police during their raid of the late musician’s California estate in November 2003 was released by RadarOnline on Tuesday.

The 88-page report is said to be from the Santa Barbara Country Sheriff's Department and alleges that Jackson, who died seven years ago, used the material as part of the “grooming process” for young victims and to reduce their sexual inhibitions. The evidence was used at Jackson’s 14-week trial on charges of child molestation but he was acquitted of all 14 charges in 2005.

His 18-year-old daughter Paris has disputed the allegations and told fans to ignore those wanting to “slander my father”.

She said: “Unfortunately, negativity will always sell. I urge you all to ignore the trash & the parasites who make a career trying to slander my father.”

“The most pure people are always torn down. It will continue to be proven that my beloved dad has always been and forever will be innocent.”

Paris is the daughter of Michael and Deborah Jeanne Rowe. The pair married in 1996 and divorced in 1999 and Jackson received full custody of the children.

Representatives of Jackson’s estate have condemned the documents and defended the singer.

“Michael Jackson's fans, including the Executors of his estate, prefer to remember the wonderful gifts Michael left behind instead of having to once again see his good name dragged through the mud by tabloid trash,” a statement said.

“Everything in these reports, including what the County of Santa Barbara calls ‘content that appears to be obtained off the Internet or through unknown sources’ is false, no doubt timed to the anniversary of Michael's passing.

“Those who continue to shamelessly exploit Michael via sleazy internet 'click bait' ignore that he was acquitted by a jury in 2005 on every one of the 14 salacious charges brought against him in a failed witch hunt.

“Michael remains just as innocent of these smears in death as he was in life even though he isn't here to defend himself. Enough is enough.”

Jackson repeatedly denied accusations of child sex abuse during his lifetime and came to a financial settlement with the family of a 13-year-old boy Evan Chandler who accused him of abuse in 1993.

Jackson died in June 2009. He went into cardiac arrest after overdosing on sedatives.
