Continuing to hide his youth elixir from the world, Jared Leto has debuted another stunning look at the 2014 Oscars, which didn't look unlike that of the Messiah himself.

Leto won the award for Best Supporting Actor at last night's Los Angeles ceremony, collecting the prize in a resplendent cream tuxedo and red bowtie.

Teamed with his usual flowing brown locks it wasn't long before someone made a biblical comparison, with a tweet pertaining to his Jesus-esque looks quickly attracting hundreds of retweets.

Last week, his hair stylist noted: "It’s really important that he doesn’t look like a woman - that's the biggest challenge."

Upon recieving his award, the 30 Seconds To Mars frontman referenced the situation in Ukraine during his acceptance speech, saying: "To all the dreamers out there around the world watching this tonight in places like the Ukraine and Venezuela, I want to say we are here and as you struggle to… to make your dreams happen, to live the impossible… We’re thinking of you tonight."

You can read his speech in full here.

12 Years A Slave picked up the Best Picture award at the ceremony, while Cate Blanchett collected Best Actress and Matthew McConaughey was named Best Actor.
