Since 13 March 2013 the man we now call Pope Francis has gone from being a relatively unknown Cardinal to one of the most iconic faces on the planet.
From grand magazine covers to an impromptu selfie with a group of teenagers, the moments caught on camera over the past year have given us a glimpse into the man behind the title.
