Scientists are using a man's bone marrow to grow him a replacement nose after he lost his original one to cancer.

Professor Alex Seifalian at University College London told Focus magazine that the cells are being grown in the lab before being implanted in the unnamed 53-year-old's arm and ultimately transferred to his face. "We've got two noses growing, just in case someone drops one," Professor Seifalian said.
