Rioters got off too lightly, say teenagers
One in three young people believe the sentences given to last summer's rioters were too "soft", according to new research. As a result, more than a quarter believe there will be repeat riots this summer.
The findings are from a survey of 1,000 12- to 18-year-olds by the charity StreetChance, which encourages young people to play cricket.
