T-shirt lands man in jail
A man who wore an anti-police T-shirt in public hours after two policewomen were killed has been jailed.
Barry Thew, 39, was in his home town of Radcliffe, Greater Manchester, wearing a T-shirt with handwritten comments saying "one less pig; perfect justice" and "Killacopforfun.com".
Less than four hours earlier, Nicola Hughes, 23, and Fiona Bone, 32, were shot dead in a gun and grenade attack in Mottram. Thew admitted a public order offence and was jailed for four months at Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester.
