Commuters using the London Underground's Central line have been hit with severe disruption after services on some parts of the line have been suspended due to a faulty track.

There is currently no service between Marble Arch and White City while TfL fix the track at Shepherds Bush.

The rest of the line is experiencing severe delays due to a signal failure at Leystone.

Around 1,000 passengers have been affected by the faulty track, a TfL spokesman said. He added that the fault is being dealt with and should be cleared shortly.

Tickets are currently being accepted on London Buses, TfL Rail, Abellio Greater Anglia, Chiltern Railways, Great Western Railways, DLR and London Overground.
