Video: Semi-naked man fails miserably in attempt to start disco in Morrisons
Discoboy, real name Lee Marshall, was sent packing by a security guard in under a minute
This is the awkward moment when one prankster attempted to start a disco in a supermarket but didn’t quite get the response he was looking for.
In the excruciating video Discoboy, real name Lee Marshall, enters the Morrisons in Herne Bay, Kent on Saturday with a sound system and wearing only an ushanka style hat, sunglasses and a pair of purple hot pants.
However, instead of getting shoppers up on their feet and dancing to Ali Campbell and Pato Banton’s 1994 hit Baby Come Back, he is accosted by the supermarket’s security guard and forced to leave the store in under a minute.
The video ends with Marshall asking shoppers whether they have any last requests, in which one shopper responds by saying, “you are too loud.”
Marshall apologises, before leaving the shop with his tail between his legs.
Since being uploaded onto Marshall’s Facebook page on Sunday, the video has gone viral receiving over 100,000 views.
The video isn’t the first time serial prankster Marshall has brought out his alter ego Discoboy either. In a video posted on YouTube his channel last November, a semi-clad Marshall was seen with his sound system entertaining night time revellers, more successfully, outside of a fast food restaurant in Kent.
